How do I return something to Bling Beads?

At Bling Beads, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

SORRY! We Regret Not To Permit Refunds & Exchanges

When returning DAMAGED items:

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit for used merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice. 

     We will promptly replace the item and reship it to you.
